Wendee Lamb
Director of Operations and Team Manager Director
BIO
As Director of Soccer Operations at NUU, Wendee brings a deep passion for the game and a strong background in both the sporting and operational sides of soccer. With over 20 years of experience in sports management, she plays an important role in shaping the club, overseeing day-to-day logistics, and ensuring that both players and staff have the support and structure needed to succeed on and off the field. Prior to joining NUU, Wendee held roles with multiple club organizations in Northern Utah: Infinity, LaRoca, Forza and Avalanche. Raising 6 children playing competitive soccer, Wendee gained extensive experience and knowledge to assist her as a manager, administrator, and sideline parent. She has built many relationships and connections across the valley and state over the years. Wendee believes in the power of soccer to develop character, build community, and create opportunities. She is committed to delivering a high-quality experience for every athlete, coach, and family involved with the club.
When not at a soccer field or working, Wendee enjoys spending time with her husband Troy, their kids, and grandchildren in the mountains; camping, hiking, kayaking, and razor riding. Wendee owns and operates her own preschool business. She also teaches evening online classes through DWS and Utah State to provide licensing hours for daycare providers and preschool teachers. Wendee finds joy in helping others in everything she pursues.

BIO
I’m a wife and a mother of five, and my heart is full of love for my family. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping, biking, or just being with my kids. When I’m not out enjoying nature, you can usually find me with a good book or serving in my church.
For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of being the registrar for Northern Utah United, and it’s been amazing to see the growth of our soccer community. Watching all we’ve accomplished together over the years has been incredibly rewarding. But, above all, my greatest joy comes from watching my kids grow up and thrive—both in their lives and through the experiences they have with soccer.
