The Brad Ward Memorial Scholarship Fund exists to ensure that financial barriers never prevent a passionate young player from achieving their potential at NUU.

Brad was a true stalwart supporter of youth soccer in Cache Valley. During his tenure as Board President, he provided steady, powerful leadership through times of significant change, including the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 era. He was singularly focused on ensuring the continued stability and growth of our club.

Brad’s passion and commitment to teamwork, character, and youth development are a vital part of the NUU legacy. He has gone far too early, and his vision will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

This scholarship fund is established as an enduring tribute to Brad, ensuring his commitment to opportunity and access continues to shape the future of NUU.

Recipients: NUU players across the U11–U18 age groups who demonstrate dedication to the sport and the club’s values, and face financial difficulties.

Selection Basis: Funds are awarded primarily on the basis of demonstrated financial need.
